Power Profile (PP) Graph Plot average watts for time values 0.2 (12 seconds), 1 minute, 6 minutes, 12 minutes, and 30 minutes versus the average wattage for that time period. Add values for other time intervals (example 2 minutes), if done. The goal is to improve the average wattage for times critical to the race (for example, improve watts for 0.2 minutes for a track with sudden short steeps and narrow track requiring passing, or for 30 minutes if the track has slow long climbs or is flat).
