Alpine Cove to Three Falls Mountain Bike Route
Nephs Lake area singletrack connects Alpine's Fort Canyon and Alpine Cove to Three Falls, providing a continuous dirt route from Alpine to Draper. Moderate climbing.
Located just east of the Corner Canyon trail system in Alpine, Utah, is Lambert Park. While lacking the same elevation as Corner Canyon, Lambert Park offers a network of trails that are still quite enjoyable. The park features numerous cross-country (XC) trails, and you can even connect to Corner Canyon via the 3 Falls trails. On the park's north side, near the rodeo grounds, you'll find a classic and fun downhill (DH) trail. This trail offers great flow, berms, a touch of rough terrain, and a few decent sized gap jumps. Towards the south end of the park, you'll discover some newly built flow trails that cater to different skill levels, ensuring plenty of fun for riders of all abilities.
