The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) is a premier youth cycling organization dedicated to promoting and developing interscholastic mountain biking across the United States. NICA provides opportunities for middle and high school students to participate in competitive mountain biking races while fostering values of inclusivity, camaraderie, and healthy competition.
